Grindhouse: Death Proof

Get high on new Quentin Tarantino movie Death Proof. The story reveal a villain name Stuntman Mike who stalks young women and terrorize them with his so-called death-proof car and smash them off the roads. This movie totally pure Tarantino with dialogue discussed excessive random conversation/topic (remember Pulp Fiction) and 60’s and 70’s rock and roll music ooh yeah there is also hot lap dance scene. Glory to the Girls, Gore, and Psychopath.

Kill Bill Vol 1

At the very opening in this movie there is ‘The Bride’ lay in the agony and you can see this in the perceptive of Bill, ‘The Bride’ play by Uma Thurman dressed in the wedding dress (of course… that why she called ‘The Bride’ in this movie) and you can see blood and cuts all over her face in black and white color. Then there it goes my favorite lines in this movie when Bill said to ‘The Bride’ – “At this moment this is me and my most masochistic” after few sec ‘bang’ a bullet shoot through The Bride’s head and apparently she survived that traumatized tragedy and seek a man called Bill and his Deadly Viper Assassination Squad in the name for revenge. This movie is cult classic written and directed by Quentin Tarantino and Kill Bill Vol 1 his 4th films. What do you expect from such cult director Quentin Tarantino, of cause the differences from any American movies then after I see this movie I bet his shelves full of Hong Kong Shaw Brother kung fu movies and also bunch of old Japan Samurai movies. Kudos to Quentin Tarantino this movie is ultimately awesome and there is anime scene when ‘The Bride’ tell the audience about the O-Ren Ishii past life, so intriguing and this show that the director also big fan of Japan anime. Fan of Q.T. will never disappointed, enough said.

The Machine Girl

The film doesn’t suitable for the title why I should said that; at first I thought this movie is about a cyborg girl half-man half-machine and being escape from the government military secret lab during post-apocalyptic war but then again I was totally wrong this movie is about a normal average school girl trying to avenge her little brother who got killed by so call Hattori Hanzo Yakuza clan. This story goes along when the girl get machine gun hand after her left arm being cut-off by the yakuza. Instead of calling this film The Machine Girl we should just called it as The Machine Gun Girl. I guess it’s more appropriate but then again who I am, I‘m not the director anyway. I give this movie 2 thumbs up since this movie kinda mixed of Kill Bill and Planet Terror but more bloodier with eye-poping effect of blood during the scene. Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez you better watched your back.

Juno

Indie-flick for every teenager across the globe and this movie is categorized in the same line of such title like Rocket Science, Napoleon Dynamite, Thumbsucker or even Donnie Darko. It’s all started with a chair….yes a chair, and then a teenage girl name Juno discovered she was pregnant after having sex with a dorky boy name Bleeker (well they both have sex in that chair). The story goes on when Juno try to find a suitable parent to adopt Juno’s unborn child and also she have to faced with a series of adult decision. Personally this my favorite movie and the growing up things that goes along in this movie is really was something.

Zombie Strippers

Behold of Jenna Jameson’s breast the masterpiece of high-technology plastic surgery from the damned land of Hollywood. Strippers from the illegal underground club turn into zombies and “They’ll dance for a fee but, devour you for free” that what they said on the poster/website but this movie is fucking idiot except for the dance scene(or should I called it the strip scene) and the boobs, boobs and more boobs. Overall the movie is flat with sloppy dialogues and actor/actress who doesn’t know how to act well (…such a lame). Go download and kill yourself to sleep.
